Our Pizza Story

I was born in the Bronx and raised in Massapequa, Long Island.  I am a second generation Italian/ German and both sides of my family were amazing cooks. My Great Grandfather opened his first bakery located  in the Bronx during the late 1800’s. His long distinguished career was highlighted by his long term role as the President of the New York Baker’s Club.  We also owned a luncheonette on Fordham Road in the Bronx for 50 years.

Fast Forward to today… My wife son and I all love to cook and eat out.  Our goal was to create an environment that was comfortable, fun, and most importantly, have great food.

With extensive research on ingredients, dough recipes, equipment, and science, we think we serve a really good, authentic, New York style thin crust pizza here in Leonardtown.

Many people ask, “why no whole pizza’s?”.  The answer is simple, during peak times, our ovens go non stop just to keep the slice counter supplied.  We need more oven space to accommodate whole pie orders, and simply no place to put it. We would sell whole pizzas if we could!
Due to our high volume of walk-in customers, we do not accept phone or call in ordering.  No matter how busy, wait times are never long.
